Mindfulness Meditation in the Peace Room
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Facilitated by Peter Adams
Love Offerings are appreciated
All are welcome!
Mindfulness meditation is mostly the willingness to notice your current, moment to moment, experience without trying to change it. This particular practice is derived from Theravadan Buddhism and cognitive science. As you develop the capacity to be present, your ability to focus improves, and the way you see and respond to the world changes. The practice can improve your mood and energy level in the short term, and your health, happiness, and the rate at which you age in the long term!
Last Wednesday of the month, 7:00 PM on ZOOM
Facilitated by Suzanne Yuskiw
Do you have a story that you are itching to write?
Perhaps your spiritual search, or the point in your life when you found Unity.
In this ongoing group, we will explore your stories and ideas, as well as the best techniques and genres to help you express them vividly. At our monthly meetings, we will share your ideas and your own writing experiments through group discussion.

The labyrinth is an ancient tool for meditation, contemplation, and going within. Several times a year we clear our sanctuary to make space for our indoor labyrinth.
All are welcome to experience this sacred walk.
Please bring a love offering.
