Service Description

Sound healing builds resonance in the body, which support the release of stress, and with intention, the experience can lead to emotional, mental, and physical healing. Most clients have found it supportive of releasing stored trauma, others have reported changes in in the reduction of physical pain. Chairs are available, however feel free to bring a yoga matt if you want to lie down, and any blankets of pillows to make yourself comfortable. Wearing an eye mask can also enhance your experience.
