Family Fun takes place Sunday August 10, 2025 12:30 - 3:30 pm at
Unity of Gaithersburg, 111 Central Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
Rev Edith and Ms. Akosua invite you to their Family FUN Day! Young and old are welcome. Bring your friends and family. We’ll have lots of games both indoors and outside.
There’ll be grilled meat, veggie burgers, grilled vegetables as well as sides. We will have water, lemonade and iced tea to drink. We won’t forget the S’more’s. There’s at least two grills; one for meat and the other for
vegetables.
Bring lawn chairs, towels for water games if you choose to get wet, Super Soakers, and your favorite board or card games. Don’t forget sun screen and mosquito spray.
This will be an old-fashioned church cookout. Prepare to have a great time.

Join Judi and Jennifer on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 1pm at
Unity of Gaithersburg, 111 Central Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
Choose your medium—rocks, canvas, or both—and let your creativity shine!
Jennifer will lead the group in painting rocks and stones, while Judi will lead the group in painting on canvas.
This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and let your artistic side shine. You'll have the chance to paint your own unique designs on stones or canvas. We'll provide all the supplies you need, including a variety of paints and brushes, canvas and stones.
Enjoy the comradery of community getting to know other participants while you share creative ideas. Don't miss out on this fun and relaxing event! We can't wait to see what you create!
